Red ‘n White is the registered trade name of Applied Technology Ltd, a well-established Tanzanian company incorporated in 1993. We are one of the largest importers of wines into Tanzania and have long-standing commercial relationships with major European, Tanzanian and South African producers, appreciated by both suppliers and customers for our professionalism, reliability and consistency despite operating in a challenging industry and environment.

Our offices in Dar Es Salaam and Arusha are fully owned, and so is our distribution fleet tailored to deliver the service our customers became accustomed to. Outside of Dar Es Salaam and Arusha, we have a presence throughout the country in all major urban centres thanks to our appointed distributors.

Red ‘n White is a TIC registered company. Tanzania Investment Centre (TIC) is the primary agency of the government to coordinate, encourage, promote and facilitate investment in Tanzania. Through its TIC status and project, Red ‘n White is recognized as a hospitality training institute, offering services to its customers far beyond mere supply of goods, but assisting our customers with a vast area of auxiliary services including waiter trainings, beverage menu analysis and consultancy, thereby focussing on improving the service to our customers and our customer’s clientele, while at the same time nurturing and developing future brand ambassadors.

Red ‘n White employs in excess of 100 people and is composed of a diverse & multicultural team, creating a symbiosis which contributes to understanding the market in which we operate and delivering the service our customers require.
