Altos de Tamarón Roble grapes reach the winery, they are macerated for 2 days. Must fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24ºC. It is aged for 3 months in American oak barrels and subsequently rested in the bottle for 6 months before going to market.
