Vinification : The grapes are harvested when ripe, destemmed, crushed and then fermented for 6 to 12 hours at a controlled temperatureand pressed gently. The wine is matured in stainsless tanks to conserve the rich aromas.
Country origin : FRANCE
Colour : Clear, very intense, almost black, garnet red with purple lights.
Nose : Red fruit (cherries, blackcurrants), with notes of pepper and spices.
Palate : Fine tannic body, with notes of pepper, liquorice, fine persistence, and long taste.
Recommendations : Red wine that can be served with a large number of ishes: red meat, cold meats, salad and many types of cheeses.
